Job Description:

• Receive process and deliver shipments to the clients, ensuring smooth and friendly Customer Service Experience is offered
• Answer Walk-in Customer inquiries related to product and service
• Organizes workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Co-operates with internal departments to resolve routine issues
• Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, selecting best solution and following up to ensure resolution
• Identify and document potential service issues and incidents of customer dissatisfaction and refers it to line manager
• Perform a range of data input functions on relevant systems in accordance with work Procedures, in coordination with the Sr. Retail Agents
• Contributes to team effort by assisting in accomplishing team target
• Promote company services and ensure own target is achieved

Qualifications:

• University degree
• At least one year of experience in CS, Retail and/or Operations
• Very good command of English language
